Before your workouts or conducting physical activity, float your Rejuv over your muscles for up to 30 seconds to send blood and oxygen to key parts of your body, allowing you to perform at your best

Muscle Re-Activation

To get the most out of your workout and achieve those PB’s, apply your Rejuv on the specific muscle groups for 10-15 seconds, allowing them to be re-energised and reduce fatigue and muscle spasms

Recovery and Pain Relief

To decrease soreness and ensure you are back up on your feet ready to hit your next challenges, slowly float your Rejuv over the muscles that require pain relief for up to 2 minutes post-workout

Steps For Using Your Rejuv

1. Turn on your Rejuv before placing it on the body

2. Use the + and – buttons to toggle between our signature 15 various speeds to suit your specific treatment 

3. Rejuv has been designed to do all the work for you! Simply float the Rejuv up and down over muscles that require some TLC, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed

4. Ensure you breathe and relax whilst applying your Rejuv
